In these Terms, 'us', 'we' and 'our' means Tripcover and our related bodies corporate.

1. Registration

When you create a quote an Account will be created. Each quote has a Reference Number, any of which can be used along with your email address to access your Account. You are responsible for keeping this information secure and you agree and warrant to use the website in accordance with these Terms.

We may deal with your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy as amended from time to time. We may use your personal information for promotional and marketing purposes until you request to opt out of receiving such information and we use your personal details for transactional emails as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

We may disclose that information to third parties that help us deliver our services (including information technology suppliers, communication suppliers and our business partners) or as required by law.

4.1. Payment & Cancellation Terms

Upon clicking the payment button you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of payment and the terms of use as outlined in this document. Your credit card will be deducted by the amount shown on the payment page in the currency nominated. Any applicable credit card fees will be displayed. Your credit card statement will show "Pablow TA Tripcover" as the biller.

It is solely your responsibility to ensure that the item you book, purchase or reserve is suitable for your intended purpose, that the information is accurate and that you have understood the Policy Terms including the Cancellation Terms. You also warrant that you are authorised to use the payment instrument that you used is correct. You release us from any claim arising from the sale of goods.

4.2. Cancellation

You can cancel any time of the day before pickup. After collection of your vehicle the policy can be extended however it cannot be cancelled or shortened. 

In Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms and conditions purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings and other legal rights, under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act and other laws. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law or the Competition and Consumer Regulation 2010 are expressly excluded where permitted, including liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by breach of any express or implied warranty or condition.

4.3. Refunds
